Three-channel veterinary electrocardiograph with simultaneous 12-lead acquisition and built-in thermal recorder.
Product Overview
The ECG300G is a benchtop three-channel electrocardiograph for small animal practice. It acquires all twelve leads simultaneously, displays the trace on a colour screen, and prints to an integrated thermal recorder on 80 mm paper — no external printer, no PC in the loop.
The unit runs from mains or its internal lithium battery, so the same machine covers the consulting room, the prep area and the ward round. Recordings are held in an on-board case database for recall and reprinting.
Key Features
- Simultaneous 12-lead acquisition — all leads captured at once rather than switched sequentially, so complexes stay time-aligned across leads
- Three-channel thermal recorder built in — the trace is printed at the patient, on 80 mm recording paper
- Twelve print formats, manual and automatic — 4×3, 3×4+1, 3×4, 2×6+1, 2×6, 3-2+1, 3-2, 1×12+1, 1×12, plus 2-, 3- and 4-trace rhythm recording
- Selectable rhythm lead — hold one lead across the full strip to work up an arrhythmia
- Frequency response 0.05–150 Hz with 25 Hz / 35 Hz EMG filtering — readable trace on a panting or shivering patient
- Common mode rejection above 100 dB with the filter engaged, plus 50/60 Hz mains filtering
- Sensitivity selectable 2.5 / 5 / 10 / 20 / 40 mm/mV — scale down a large-amplitude canine complex or scale up a feline one without losing the baseline
- Lead-off and paper-out prompts on screen — the fault is named before the strip is wasted
- AC and battery operation from a 7.4 V internal lithium battery
- On-board case database — recall, review and reprint earlier recordings
- Multi-language interface

Clinical Applications
- Pre-anaesthetic cardiac screening in canine and feline patients
- Arrhythmia work-up using selectable rhythm-lead recording
- Serial monitoring of cardiac patients on treatment, with earlier traces held in the case database
- Geriatric and breed-related cardiac assessment
- Referral documentation — printed strip and stored record for the cardiology report
Workflow Notes
- Runs on AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz, or on internal battery for cage-side and ward use
- Consumable is 80 mm thermal recording paper; keep a spare roll with the unit — paper-out is flagged on screen
- Connect the ground wire supplied when working alongside other mains-powered equipment
- Limb clamps are supplied; clip placement and coat contact determine baseline quality more than any filter setting
Package Contents

Why Choose ECG300G
- Printed strip at the patient — no PC, no export step, no second trip to retrieve the trace
- Simultaneous 12-lead capture keeps complexes time-aligned across leads, which sequential switching cannot do
- The filter set (EMG 25/35 Hz, mains 50/60 Hz, CMRR >100 dB) recovers a readable baseline from a restless patient instead of forcing a repeat recording
- 1.6 kg and battery-capable — one machine serves consult room, prep and ward

FAQ
Does it acquire all twelve leads at the same time? Yes. All twelve leads are acquired simultaneously; the three-channel figure refers to how many traces the thermal recorder prints across the paper at once.
What paper does it take? 80 mm wide high-speed thermal recording paper. The screen prompts when the roll runs out.
Can it run without mains power? Yes. It operates from an internal 7.4 V rechargeable lithium battery as well as AC 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz.
The patient will not settle — can the trace still be read? Engage the EMG filter at 25 Hz or 35 Hz and the 50/60 Hz mains filter; common mode rejection rises above 100 dB with the filter on. Check clip contact first — poor electrode contact is not something a filter corrects.
Can earlier recordings be retrieved? Yes. Recordings are held in an on-board case database and can be recalled and reprinted.
