These Terms govern your use of lumavet.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from LUMAVET INNOVATION CO., LTD. (“LumaVet”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

Many products on this Site are veterinary medical equipment intended for use by licensed veterinarians, veterinary clinics, hospitals, laboratories, distributors and trained professionals. By placing an order you confirm that you or your organisation are qualified to purchase, install and use the product in accordance with applicable Thai veterinary practice regulations.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product specifications, images and pricing are accurate. Specifications are taken from manufacturer documentation and may be updated without notice. Where Site content conflicts with manufacturer documentation, the manufacturer’s official documentation governs.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on lumavet.com are shown in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated. Prices exclude shipping unless stated, and may exclude VAT for B2B transactions billed against a Tax ID. Member prices (veterinarian and dealer tiers) are visible after sign-in and approval of your professional credentials.

We accept the following payment methods:

Bank transfer (Thai bank account, details provided at checkout)
PromptPay (QR code at checkout)
Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) via our payment processor
Cash on pickup at our Bangkok office
Net-30 terms for approved dealers (subject to credit check and signed dealer agreement)

Orders for major equipment may require a deposit. Title to the goods does not pass to the buyer until payment is received in full.

5. Orders & Order Acceptance

Your online order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, modify, or decline orders for reasons including stock availability, pricing error, suspected fraud, or restricted product use. Order confirmation is issued by email once we have accepted your order; only then does a binding contract form.

6. Shipping & Returns

Shipping, delivery, returns and warranty terms are detailed on our Shipping & Returns page and form part of these Terms.

7. Warranty & Service

Hardware equipment carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty from delivery. Consumables are sold without warranty. Software carries a 6-month bug-fix period from activation. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, accidents, or normal wear of consumable parts (probes, sensors, gaskets, batteries). Specific warranty terms for individual products may differ; the product page or attached warranty card prevails.

8. Clinical & Professional Use

Products sold on lumavet.com are intended for use by trained veterinary professionals. We do not provide clinical advice, diagnosis or treatment recommendations. The purchaser is responsible for proper use of the product, training of operators, and compliance with all applicable Thai regulations including those of the Veterinary Council of Thailand, the Thai FDA (อย.), and the Office of Atoms for Peace (สำนักงานปรมาณูเพื่อสันติ) for radiographic equipment.

9. Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, images, software, logos, product descriptions) is owned by LumaVet or its licensors and is protected by Thai and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify Site content without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, LumaVet’s total liability under any order is limited to the price paid for the affected product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of revenue, loss of clinic uptime, or loss of patient data) arising from use of any product sold on this Site.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, drafted in compliance with the Thai Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
