Product Overview

VHB veterinary forced-air warming system - main unit with 3.5-inch color display, keypad, carry handle and extendable air hose

The VHB is a veterinary forced-air warming system. The main unit heats and drives air through an extendable hose into a reusable warming blanket, distributing heat evenly across the patient’s body surface for heat preservation or active warming.

Temperature is set from 32.0 °C to 41.0 °C in 0.1 °C steps, with four one-touch presets, 5-level airflow, and a temperature key-lock that prevents changes once warming starts. Dual hardware and software protection with a 50 ± 5 °C hardware forced power-off, plus plasma air purification, make it suitable for the operating room, recovery, and hospital ward.

Key Features

  • Temperature control 32.0–41.0 °C (95.0–105.8 °F) in 0.1 °C steps, deviation < ±1 °C
  • Four quick-set keys for 35 °C, 37 °C, 39 °C, and 41 °C
  • 5-level adjustable airflow to match patient size and ambient conditions
  • Triple temperature protection: dual hardware plus software, with hardware forced power-off at 50 ± 5 °C
  • Temperature key-lock prevents set-point changes after start-up
  • Two operating modes: natural (ambient) air and temperature-controlled warming
  • Plasma air purification of the delivered airflow
  • Warm-up time ≤ 4 minutes; rated for continuous operation
  • Alarms for overheat, low temperature, no operation, and fan error; 3-level alarm volume with 2-minute mute
  • Two reusable blanket types: 120 × 60 cm and 60 × 60 cm
