Veterinary intensive care incubator with temperature, humidity, CO₂, nebulisation, anion and disinfection control on one panel.
Product Overview
An intensive care incubator for neonates, post-operative and critical patients. Temperature, humidity and CO₂ are displayed on the panel and set with dedicated keys, alongside nebulisation, anion generation, disinfection and chamber lighting.
The chamber is transparent front and top with a roller shutter over the lid, so the patient is observed without opening the chamber and losing the environment that has just been established.
Key Features
- Temperature display switchable between °C and °F
- Combined humidity and CO₂ display with dedicated setting keys
- Nebulisation function for airway humidification and inhaled medication delivery
- Anion generation and a disinfection cycle for the chamber
- Chamber lighting controlled from the panel
- CO₂ alarm with an alarm-clear key on the panel
- Low-water prompts for both the nebuliser and the humidifier — the unit says which reservoir is empty rather than simply alarming
- Transparent chamber with roller shutter lid — the patient is observed without opening the chamber
- Pull-out grille tray with twin removable water drawers beneath
- Operating reference printed on the left of the housing, listing each function and how to set it

Clinical Applications
- Neonatal canine and feline care, where thermoregulation is not yet established
- Post-operative recovery for patients at risk of hypothermia
- Respiratory cases requiring humidified air or nebulised medication
- Critical care patients needing a controlled environment and continuous observation
- Exotic and small mammal patients, where ambient temperature drives outcome
Workflow Notes
- Fill both reservoirs before admitting a patient — the panel prompts when either runs empty, but a dry humidifier has already let the chamber dry out by then
- Establish the target environment before transferring the patient; the chamber takes time to reach setpoint
- Observe through the transparent front rather than opening the lid. Every opening resets the environment
- Run the disinfection cycle between patients, and confirm the cycle duration against the manufacturer’s instruction
- Do not rely on the panel reading alone for a neonate — confirm patient temperature directly

Why Choose This Incubator
- Temperature, humidity and CO₂ on one panel — the environment is read at a glance instead of from three separate devices
- Named low-water prompts tell staff which reservoir to fill, which a generic alarm does not
- Transparent chamber and roller shutter mean observation does not cost the environment
- Nebulisation is built in, so a respiratory patient does not have to leave the controlled chamber for treatment

FAQ
What temperature range does it hold? The control range and accuracy are pending the supplier specification. Ask us for the current figures before ordering — for neonatal work this is the figure that matters.
Does it control oxygen? The panel displays and alarms on CO₂. Whether oxygen concentration is controlled or only enriched is pending confirmation with the supplier.
Can medication be nebulised into the chamber? Yes. Nebulisation is a panel function with its own reservoir and low-water prompt.
How is it cleaned between patients? The panel carries a disinfection function for the chamber. Confirm the cycle duration and any consumable required against the manufacturer’s instruction.
Do I still need a separate thermometer? Yes. The panel reports chamber conditions, not patient temperature. Confirm patient temperature directly, particularly in neonates.
