Portable veterinary dental unit in a wheeled aluminium case, with air, water, atomisation and scaler controls on one panel.
Product Overview
A self-contained dental unit built into a wheeled aluminium case. Air supply, water supply, atomisation and the scaler are switched from a single front panel, with a pressure gauge above and a refillable water bottle alongside.
Everything needed for a dental is in the case: handpiece tubing, suction line and the accessory pocket in the lid. The unit rolls to the table rather than the patient being moved to a plumbed-in surgery, which is what makes dentals practical in a practice without a dedicated dental room.
Key Features
- Self-contained wheeled case with telescopic handle, metal corner protection and latching lid
- Single control panel: water switch, air switch, atomisation switch, water bottle switch and scaler switch
- Pressure gauge on the panel — supply pressure is read before the handpiece is picked up, not guessed from the sound
- Refillable water bottle, so the unit runs without a plumbed water supply
- Handpiece tubing and suction line stored in the case
- Lined lid with accessory pocket for tips and small instruments

Clinical Applications
- Routine scale and polish in canine and feline patients
- Dental extractions requiring air-driven handpieces
- Practices without a plumbed dental surgery, where the unit is wheeled to the table
- Mobile and branch-practice work, where the unit travels between sites
Workflow & Installation Notes
- Confirm the handpiece connection type against your existing handpieces before ordering — this is the single most common compatibility problem with portable units
- Fill the water bottle with distilled or treated water per the manufacturer’s instruction; tap water scales the lines
- Check the panel gauge for supply pressure before starting, and again if handpiece performance drops mid-procedure
- Purge and dry the lines after each session — standing water in a closed case is what shortens the life of the tubing

Why Choose This Unit
- Runs without plumbed air or water, so dentals can be done in a practice that has no dental room
- Everything travels in one wheeled case — nothing is left behind on a branch visit
- One panel for air, water, atomisation and the scaler, so there is no separate scaler box to site and power

FAQ
Will my existing handpieces fit? That depends on the connection type, which is pending the supplier specification. Send us the handpieces you already own and we will confirm before you order.
Does it need a plumbed water or air supply? No. Water comes from the refillable bottle and air from the built-in supply, which is what makes it usable in a room with no dental plumbing.
Does it include a scaler? The panel carries a scaler switch, so a scaler is part of the unit. Tip types and quantities supplied are pending confirmation of the package contents.
What mains supply does it take? Pending the supplier specification. Confirm with us before ordering if your supply is not 220–240 V.
Can it be moved between branch practices? Yes. It closes into a wheeled aluminium case with a telescopic handle and corner protection.
